The Verden constituency is an electoral district for the Lower Saxony state parliament . It consists of the district of Verden without the municipalities of Oyten and Ottersberg and thus includes the cities of Achim and Verden , the municipalities of Dörverden , Kirchlinteln and Langwedel and the integrated municipality of Thedinghausen .
