The constituency of Nienburg-Nord is a state electoral district in Lower Saxony . From the district of Nienburg, it includes the city of Nienburg / Weser and the municipalities of Heemsen , Grafschaft Hoya , Marklohe and Steimbke . In addition, it includes the municipality of Bruchhausen-Vilsen from the Diepholz district .
