The constituency of Hanover-Buchholz is an electoral district for the Lower Saxony state parliament . Since the state elections in 2008, it has included the city of Hanover with the districts of Anderten , Bothfeld , Groß-Buchholz , Isernhagen-Süd , Lahe , Misburg-Nord , Misburg-Süd and Sahlkamp .

Landtag constituency 34 Hanover-Northeast
After the 2003 election , the state electoral districts in Lower Saxony were redistributed. The previous state electoral district 34 Hanover-Nordost was renamed as state electoral district 25 Hanover-Buchholz. Added to this are the districts of Isernhagen-Süd , Sahlkamp and the northern part of Bothfeld (Hartenbrakenstrasse district) which previously belonged to the state constituency 33 Hannover-Nordwest and are now part of the enlarged state constituency 26 Hannover-Linden .
