The constituency 28 Hannover-Mitte is a constituency for the election of the Lower Saxony state parliament . It includes the city of Hanover with the districts of Calenberger Neustadt , List , Mitte , Nordstadt , Oststadt and Vahrenwald .

Landtag constituency 31 Hannover-Mitte

After the 2003 election , the state electoral districts in Lower Saxony were redistributed. The previous state constituency 31 Hannover-Mitte was renamed to the enlarged state parliament constituency 28 Hannover-Mitte. The constituency center with the associated districts was moved further north. The previous Landtag constituency 32 Hanover-List with the districts List and Vahrenwald has been added . From the state election circuit 37 Hannover Southwest the area was Northern city and the state election circuit 36 Hannover-Linden the district Calenberger Neustadt incorporated. The district of Bult was spun off to the state constituency 24 Hannover-Döhren and the district of Südstadt to the state constituency 27 Hannover-Ricklingen .
