Enno Hagenah

Enno Hagenah (born October 31, 1957 in Engelschoff ) is a German politician. From 1998 to 2013 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament . He is married and has two children.

education and profession

After graduating from high school at Athenaeum Stade , Hagenah studied architecture in Hanover and graduated with a diploma. He then worked as a freelance architect .

politics

Hagenah has been active in youth work since he was 15. He participated in citizens' initiatives and was a founding member of two housing associations .

Since 1990 he has been a member of Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen .

From 1986 to 1991 he was a member of the Hanover-Herrenhausen District Council and from 1991 to 1998 councilor of the city of Hanover, alderman and chairman of the Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen parliamentary group . He was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament from 1998 to 2013; he did not run again in the state elections in Lower Saxony in 2013 .

In February 2012, Enno Hagenah and Doris Klawunde were elected chairman of the Hanover regional association of the Greens. Since July 2014 he has been working in the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Environment, where he is employed in the “workplace for coordinating ministerial activities”.

In addition to his political activities, Hagenah is a member of the ADFC , the Verkehrsclub Deutschland and radio flora .
