The Rotenburg constituency is a state electoral district in Lower Saxony . From the district of Rotenburg (Wümme) it includes the cities of Rotenburg (Wümme) and Visselhövede , the municipality of Scheeßel and the joint municipalities of Bothel , Fintel and Sottrum .
