The people sheet for city and country in the Baltic provinces was a publication for the Baltic provinces of the Russian Empire , which in Mitau appeared. The Volksblatt was printed by JF Steffenhagen and son .

The show was u. a. Announced in the Rigas City Gazette in 1863 . 52 issues appeared in the years 1864 to 1865. The editor was Rudolf Schulz , employees included Adolf Allunan, Friedrich Bücker, Friedrich Rahden, Max Ring , EF Schönberg and Heinrich Uhse.
