Foredeck
The foredeck , also front deck , is the deck , more precisely the upper deck , above the foredeck of sailboats, to which it is often included. On motor yachts it often makes up the entire part of the deck in front of the steering position, on sailing ships the part of the upper deck in front of the foremast , the foremast , is the foredeck.
