The Vorderkaserklamm is a gorge created in the Ice Age near St. Martin bei Lofer and Weißbach bei Lofer (in the municipality of the former) in the Loferer Steinberge in the province of Salzburg .

The Vorderkaserklamm is 400 m long and 80 m deep. In the narrower places it measures just 80 cm wide, while it opens up to 6 m.
A total of 51 wooden walkways with 35 staircases and 373 steps lead through.

The gorge , which was first made accessible in 1882 , was declared a natural monument in 1977 . It was created by the water of the Ödenbach, which has cut deeply into the limestone over the millennia. Even today it deepens the gorge by about 6 mm per year.

The gorge located in a nature reserve is well developed for tourism. There is a snack station , a nature trail and some hiking trails that are well worth seeing nearby . Both the Seisenbergklamm and the Lamprechtsofenloch can also be easily reached from here.
