Pre-Ore Mountains

Vorerzgebirge stands for different regions:

  • the region in Saxony and Thuringia in front of the Ore Mountains to the north-west, geologically partly identical to the Lower Ore Mountains
  • Vorerzgebirge region , the low mountain range in the Czech Republic in the south-east of the Ore Mountains
