Health and safety regulations

The regulations for safety and health protection (VSG) are the accident prevention regulations of the agricultural trade association . The agricultural trade association is part of the social insurance for agriculture, forestry and horticulture (SVLFG). According to Section 15 of Book 7 of the Social Code, the VSGs are decided by the representatives' assembly of the agricultural trade association as an autonomous law and require the approval of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS). They are legally binding for all those insured by the agricultural trade association .
