Vortex (computer game)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Vortex (also known as Citadel ) is a 3D shooter developed by Argonaut Software and published by Electro Brain in 1994 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System . Vortex is one of five games that used the Super FX GSU-1 chip.

Gameplay

The player controls the so-called Morphing Battle System (MBS), an experimental Mech to fight against the Aki-Do forces in the seven worlds. The MBS can switch between four different modes. It has therefore been speculated that it was derived from an unreleased computer game based on Transformers: Generation 2 .
