The Voss Group (spelling: VOSS) is a mechanical engineering company based in Wipperfürth .
The company consists of VOSS Holding GmbH + Co. KG with the subsidiaries VOSS Automotive GmbH and VOSS Fluid GmbH as well as twelve foreign companies with production, service and sales locations.
The company founded by Hermann Voss in 1931 , which initially manufactured fittings , reached its present size under the management of Hans Hermann Voss , who diversified production and established further plants and branches abroad. In 1999 the company was restructured into a holding company with several subsidiaries. In 2017, the company achieved a group turnover of 545 million euros with around 5100 employees.
