Vytautas Bučas

Vytautas Bučas (* 1968 ) is a Lithuanian entrepreneur, financial manager and one of the major shareholders of the Lithuanian investment and private equity company Invalda .

Life

In Soviet times Bučas completed the Diploma in Economics at the University of Vilnius . From 2006 to 2013 he was a consultant and board member, since 2007 CEO of AB "INVALDA". 2006–2007 he was director of AB “Invaldos nekilnojamojo turto fondas”. From 2000 to 2006 he was Vice President and Board Member of Bank AB ' SEB bankas ". From 1992 to 2000 he worked as an assistant and then as an auditor at" Arthur Andersen ".

He is a board member of UAB "Litagra" and chairman of AB "Vilniaus baldai", AB "Invaldos nekilnojamojo turto fondas" and AB "Invalda privatus kapitalas". He was one of the major shareholders of "Invalda" (Vytautas Bučas had 13.07% shares).

He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2002 .
