Vytautas Greičius
Vytautas Greičius (born May 9, 1949 in Sodalė , Tauragė district ) is a Lithuanian lawyer, judge in the Constitutional Court of Lithuania , former president of Lietuvos Aukščiausiasis Teismas .
Life
1975 graduated from the Law Faculty of Vilnius University with a degree in law . From 1975 to 1975 he was a probationer at the Klaipėda City District Court . From 1976 to 1990 he worked as a judge at the Ukmergė District Court . From 1990 to 2014 he was a criminal judge at the Supreme Court of Lithuania. From 1995 to 1998 he was Chairman of the Criminal Division and from 1998 to 2009 President of the LAT Court. He has been a judge in the Constitutional Court of Lithuania since March 20, 2014 .
Greičius is married. With Ms. Danguolė, a music teacher at the Algirdas Music School in Naujamiestis , he has two sons and a daughter. All children are lawyers.
