Vytautas Juškus
Vytautas Juškus (born February 16, 1944 in Tolučiai near Šaukėnai , Rajongemeinde Kelmė ) is a Lithuanian politician.
Life
In 1963 he graduated from the Šaukėnai Middle School and served in the Soviet Army from 1964 to 1967. In 1979 he graduated from the Kauno politechnikos institutas . From 1967 to 1979 he was a worker and from 1980 to 1987 director at Šiaulių televizorių gamykla . From 1987 to 1992 he directed the Šiauliai Drama Theater . From 1992 to 1996 he was a member of the Seimas . From 1997 he taught at the Šiaulių universitetas . From 2003 to 2007 he was the mayor of Šiauliai . He has been a pensioner since 2007.
From 1990 to 2001 he was a member of the Lietuvos Demokratieinė darbo partija , from 2001 of the LSDP .
