Sony Ericsson W800

The W800 in 2005 was the first mobile phone with an integrated MP3 player of the brand Sony Ericsson . It was developed under the code name Carola . After the W800, other Walkman phones were developed, such as: B. the W850, the W910, the W200 and the W610.

Technical characteristics

The W800 is identical to the K750 and the D750. The only difference is the complete housing (or the same housing as the D750), the firmware (operating system of the mobile phone) and the scope of delivery. The firmware of the W800 differs from that of the K750 in that it has a Walkman mode, which allows you to listen to music with the telephone unit switched off and a more comfortable MP3 player . The scope of delivery of the W800 includes the headset HPM-70, which enables normal headphones to be connected via a jack plug . In addition, the W800 is supplied with a 512 MB memory card , while the K750 only comes with a 64 MB memory card . As the hardware of the K750 and the W800 are completely identical, it is possible to equip the K750 with the software of the W800.

criticism

The W800 has a calendar entry limit of 300.
