Vsezoyuznoye agentstvo po avtorskim prawam
The Allunionsagentur for the protection of copyright ( Wsessojusnoje Agentstwo po awtorskim prawam (WAAP) - ( Всесоюзное агентство по авторским правам ВААП )) was after joining the Soviet Union February 27, 1973 with effect from 27 May 1973 to the International Universal Copyright Convention by decree from Established August 20, 1973 on September 20, 1973. The WAAP was officially a non-governmental authors' organization that represented the copyright interests of Russian authors.
The WAAP replaced the Vsessojusnoje uprawlenije po ochrane avtorskich praw (WUOAP).
