WANK (computer worm)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The WANK computer worm was programmed in Australia and spread rapidly after its release in 1989. Its development was motivated by the anti-atomic force movement and was related in terms of time and content to the launch of the rocket for the Galileo space probe . The worm contained this message as ASCII art :

   W O R M S A G A I N S T N U C L E A R K I L L E R S

You talk of times of peace for all, and then prepare for war.

The English word to wank means to wank . So the translation of the message is:

"Worms Against Nuclear Killers - Your system has been officially WEAKED. You talk about times of peace for all and then prepare for war. "
