Wackenbrunn

Wackenbrunn is an abandoned settlement not far from Breuberg Castle in the Mümlingtal in the Odenwald .

An old Breuberg family of vassals resided in Wackenbrunn . Busy is the existence of the three brothers Arnold, Hertwig and Albert, called "Wacken Burne" based on the them in the same village by the rule Breuberg to fief given tithes in favor of the nuns - monastery maximum waived.
