Wagon train mass
The mass of the wagon train is the sum of the masses of all wagons in a train, i.e. the vehicles that are not actively driven. In the past, the mass of the wagon train was also called the gross train weight; in Switzerland it is referred to as a trailer load .
The values written on the vehicles depending on the load of the respective vehicle are decisive for the determination of the train mass.
