Wagner-Bräu is a beer brewery in Kemmern in Bavaria .

history

The brewery was first mentioned in a document in 1788. Since then, she's one in the now seventh generation brewpub .

Brewery, management

In the brewery, the recipes that have been handed down for generations are used to brew water from their own Peter and Paul spring. With eight employees, Wagner-Bräu produces 8,000 hl of beer and 10,000 hl of non-alcoholic drinks. Eleven types of beer and 16 different non-alcoholic drinks are produced. In the restaurant of the Wagner-Bräu the own beers are served on tap. There are also snacks and small warm dishes. The brewery's beer cellar is located on the edge of Kemmern and the forest.

Types of beer

In addition to Pils and lager, the company also brews Märzen beer , wheat beer , Bock beer , black beer , country beer , red beer , smoked beer and full beer . A festival beer is brewed especially on the festive days such as church fairs, Easter, Whitsun and Christmas. The brewery also offers water, lemonades, juices and alcoholic mixed beer beverages.
