One-horse wagonette

A wagonette is an open, spring-loaded horse-drawn carriage developed in the middle of the 19th century , in which two opposite benches are mounted behind the driver's seat or the driver's bench on the sides of the carriage.

The length of the benches varies depending on the size of the wagonette. The passengers get on from behind. In addition to the marathon carriage, the wagonette is one of the best-selling horse-drawn carriages today.

The type of car Break is usually a heavy wagonette: a heavy and high wagon, usually without a splashboard, for bringing in ("Brechen", English to break, hence the name) young horses.
