Truth game (original title: Sanningsleken ) is a novel by the Swedish writer Anna-Karin Eurelius , which was published in Sweden in 1983 by Bonnier and in 1988 in German-speaking countries.

A 39-year-old cellist is confronted with the untimely death of her husband. Now she sees a chance to start her life again and break out of the vicious circle of unfulfilled desires, loneliness and suppressed sexuality. The 40-year-old salesman Simon has a similar experience, who is pursued by his various everyday fears and drifts in his self-awareness of the impossible dream of a lifetime. Both lifelines intersect by finding each other in bizarre detours.
