The Waldhaus Drei Buchen is owned by the Pirmasens section of the Palatinate Forest Association in the Palatinate Forest . The forest house offers overnight accommodation in a dormitory. It is located between Rodalberhof and Glashütte at an altitude of 390 m above sea level. NN .
Access and walks
The hut can only be reached on foot. The distance to the hut is 1.3 km from the hiking car park northeast of the Kettrichhof . The “ White Cross ” hiking route run by the Palatinate Forest Association leads past the hut.

The hut was closed at the end of October 2018 due to renovations. The reopening is planned for May 1, 2019.
