Valery Vladimirovich Walynin (Russian Валерий Владимирович Валынин ; born December 10, 1986 in Krasnodar ) is a former Russian cyclist .

Walynin was primarily successful on the track . In 2005, he was the U23 European champion in the team pursuit with the Russian team and won the silver medal in this discipline in 2006 and 2007. In the 2006/07 Track Cycling World Cup in Los Angeles , he placed third in the single pursuit and with his team in the team pursuit.

On the road , Walynin won a stage of the Five Rings of Moscow in 2007 .
