Walram II (Ligny)

Walram II of Luxembourg (French: Waléran II de Luxembourg ; † 1354 ) was a lord of Beauvoir , Roussy and Ligny from the House of Luxembourg . He was a son of Walram I. von Luxemburg-Ligny and Johanna von Beauvoir.

Walram initially inherited the castles of Beauvoir and Roussy from his mother, after the death of his brother Heinrich (1303) he also received the paternal inheritance of Ligny. After his death he was buried in the Notre-Dame church in Cambrai .

He was married to Guyotte († 1338), heiress of the Burgraviate of Lille , daughter of John IV Burgrave of Lille († 1291/92). Both sons were Johann I († 1364).
