Walter Donati

Walter Donati (* 1938 in Potsdam ) is a German-Italian opera singer (baritone).

Life

Donati was born in Germany, but grew up in Italy. He made his debut in 1983 in Verdi's Giovanna d'Arco and sang a year later at La Scala in Milan . In the first nine years of his singing career, he sang 36 roles as a tenor . In 1992 he switched to the baritone subject .
