Waltersteig is a district of the Upper Bavarian municipality of Eurasburg in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district . The wasteland is about two kilometers southeast of Eurasburg.

Waltersteig was incorporated in 1978 as part of the formerly independent municipality of Herrnhausen zu Eurasburg.
