Wangcang ( Chinese 旺苍县 , Pinyin Wàngcāng Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Guangyuan in the Chinese province of Sichuan . It has an area of 2,976 square kilometers and a population of 450,000 (2004). The main town and seat of government is the large community of Donghe 东 河镇.
