Lizhou

Lizhou ( Chinese 利 州 区 , Pinyin Lìzhōu Qū ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Guangyuan in the northeast of the Chinese province of Sichuan . It has an area of 1,492 square kilometers and has a population of 460,000 (2004). Lizhou was formerly called "Shizhong" ( 市 中 区 , Shìzhōng qū ). On March 13, 2007, the name was changed to Lizhou.
Lizhou is bordered by Wangcang County to the east, Zhaohua District and Jiange County to the south, Qingchuan County to the west, and Chaotian District to the north .
Administrative structure
Lizhou is made up of three street districts , seven large parishes and three parishes . These are:
- Dongba street district ( Chinese 东坝 街道 , Pinyin Dōngbà Jiēdào );
- Hexi street district ( Chinese 河西 街道 , Pinyin Héxī Jiēdào );
- Road neighborhood Jialing ( Chinese 嘉陵街道 , Pinyin Jialing Jiedao );
- Greater community Baolun ( Chinese 宝轮镇 , Pinyin Bǎolún Zhen );
- Large community Chihua ( Chinese 赤化 镇 , Pinyin Chìhuà Zhèn );
- Dashi community ( Chinese 大石镇 , Pinyin Dàshí Zhèn );
- Gongnong Municipality ( Chinese 工农 镇 , Pinyin Gōngnóng Zhèn );
- Panlong Municipality ( Chinese 盘龙 镇 , Pinyin Pánlóng Zhèn );
- Greater community Rongshan ( Chinese 荣山镇 , Pinyin Rongshan Zhen );
- Sandui Municipality ( Chinese 三 堆 镇 , Pinyin Sānduī Zhèn );
- Community Baichao ( Chinese 白朝乡 , Pinyin Báicháo Xiang );
- Community Jindong ( Chinese 金洞乡 , Pinyin Jindong Xiang );
- Longtan municipality ( Chinese 龙潭 乡 , Pinyin Lóngtán Xiāng ).
