Wangjing

Wangjing ( Chinese  望京街道 , Pinyin Wangjing Jiedao ) is a 10.4 km 2 large street area of the Borough of Chaoyang and the second largest residential district in Beijing . Wangjing is located between the city center and the capital's airport in the northeast of the city, between the 4th and 5th ring roads as well as the Jingcheng expressway and the airport expressway.

The neighborhood's population consists mainly of Chinese and Korean nationals. With around 70,000 Koreans of South Korean and former North Korean origin, Wangjing is the Korean town of Beijing.

The subway lines 13 and 15 run through the street district.

The Wangjing SOHO building by Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid is located in the center of the district.
