The Wartberg (293 m) near Zellerndorf is located north of the village and rises about 80 meters above the Pulkau valley . Its sunny slopes make it important for viticulture, and there is a large quarry on its northern slope .
The panoramic mountain gives the upper Weinviertel its hilly character with the Altenberg and Hüttenberg (306 m), which are roughly the same height .
