Water, Wind and Stones is a 221 km long circular cycle path through the mostly flat to slightly hilly landscape of the Wildeshauser Geest (located in a large triangle between Oldenburg (Lower Saxony) in the north-west, Bremen in the north-east and Vechta in the south). On mostly low-traffic routes, the route touches different types of geest and bog landscapes , crosses agricultural areas as well as extensive forests and heathlands, passes natural and (pre-) historical sights and can be started or ended anywhere. The sign symbol is a stylized little owl on a light blue background.
