The Shilongba hydropower plant ( Chinese 石龍 壩 水電站 / 石龙 坝 水电站 , Pinyin Shílóngbà Shuǐdiànzhàn , English Shilongba Hydropower Station ) is a hydropower plant in the area of the city of Kunming in the Chinese province of Yunnan . The first turbine was supplied by the German company Voith in 1909 . The power plant on the Tanglan River is powered by water from Lake Dian .
The hydropower plant has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-1055) since 2006 .
