Bad Lauchstädt watermill
The watermill Bad Lauchstädt is a listed mill in the town of Bad Lauchstädt in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the mill is registered as a monument under registration number 094 20654 .
It is hardly recognizable that the building at Promenade 3 in Bad Lauchstädt is a watermill . The building stands at the outflow of the Laucha from the spa park pond on the eastern bank. A board is attached to the building that reports on the development of the building. According to the plaque, the watermill was first mentioned in 1590 and operations ceased in 1866. Today the building is used as a residential building.
