The Falkenberg Water Tower (2017)

The water tower is a protected monument and a landmark in the small town of Falkenberg / Elster in the Elbe-Elster district in southern Brandenburg . It is recorded in the local monument register under registration number 09136022. Its location is in a green area at the confluence of Schillerstrasse and Liebenwerdaer Strasse.

The water tower was built in 1928 in the Expressionist style. The plans for it came from the Breslau engineer Rosenquist. The water tower has an octagonal floor plan and was built from bricks, the tower shaft is straight. The roof is a flat hip roof.
