The water tower of the former Lübeck brewery belongs to an ensemble of buildings in the Schleswig-Holstein city of Lübeck , Moislinger Allee 222. It is located at the rear of the facility and is structurally connected to the other factory buildings.

The Lübeck brewery was founded in 1907, and the factory buildings were built in the same year. In 1920 the brewery was taken over by Jürgen Heinrich Christian Lück , who dominated the city's brewing industry. The building only served as a brewery until 1920, and the water tower probably lost its function even then. This was followed by changing uses, including a butter factory and a new rubber tire factory. In recent years there has been a car repair shop, doctors' offices, offices and apartments in the buildings. In 2010, most of them were empty and there was a risk that they would soon be demolished. The citizens' initiative Rettet Lübeck fought for preservation.
