Webb Society

The Webb Society is an international association of amateur and professional astronomers who specialize in the observation of binary stars and deep sky objects .

The association is named after Reverend Thomas William Webb , who in turn observed such objects intensely as an amateur astronomer . The association was founded in 1967.

Membership is open to all interested observers worldwide.
