The Webermühle is a district of Neuenhof in the Swiss canton of Aargau . It is located in Damsau on the Limmat between the village center of Neuenhof and the city center of Baden .

history

A weaving mill and a spinning mill were built in Damsau in the 19th century. When the industrial facilities were shut down in 1970, a real estate company bought the area and built the Webermühle housing estate there , which was built in two sections. The first two apartment blocks were built in 1974/75, and two more in 1980/81. The Webermühle development now comprises 368 apartments and has been owned by a Credit Suisse real estate fund since 2008 .

The Webermühle has been rebuilt since 2012 and the work should be completed by 2015.
