St. Leonhard (2011)

St. Leonhard is a path chapel in Michelwinnaden, a district of Bad Waldsee in the Ravensburg district in Upper Swabia .

The chapel, built in the 18th century, is located north of Michelwinnaden on the way to Winterstettendorf on the K 7943. The simple rectangular building has a tile-covered gable roof without a turret that ends in a three-sided apse that has not been drawn in .

Inside the chapel there is a baroque altar . The center of this altar is the depiction of Mary of the Good Council, painted in oil on canvas . St. Leonhard , patron saint of animals and namesake of the chapel, has his place on a wall plinth in front of the altar.
