The White House is a government building in the Kyrgyz capital, Bishkek , which, among other things, houses the president's office.

The seven-story building was built in 1985 in neoclassicism as the headquarters of the Communist Party, after Kyrgyzstan gained independence in 1991, the White House was converted into a government building. On the front of the building is the coat of arms of Kyrgyzstan . The building is surrounded by gardens that are dominated by red flowers. These symbolized communism when it was built; today they correspond to the national color of independent Kyrgyzstan.

Tulip Revolution 2005
In March 2005 there were protests against President Askar Akayev after a controversial election . Protesters gathered in front of the building and fought with security forces. Eventually insurgents stormed the building and Akayev had to flee.
Riots 2010
During the riots against President Bakiyev in April 2010 , demonstrators tried unsuccessfully to storm the White House. 41 protesters died.
