If not that, then this ( Azerbaijani او اولماسین بو اولسون O olmasın, bu olsun ) is a four-act operetta written in 1910 by the Azerbaijani composer Üzeyir Hacıbəyov .
It reflects the social conditions of pre-revolutionary Azerbaijan. It is the composer's second work in this genre after husband and wife .
