Wensheng
The municipality of Wensheng ( Chinese 文 圣 区 , Pinyin Wénshèng Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture -level city of Liaoyang in northeast China 's Liaoning Province . It has an area of 38 km² and has a population of 180,000 (2004).
