The Wenzhou Trade Center is a 68-story skyscraper in Wenzhou , China . The building, which ends with a pointed roof, is 322 meters high, making it the tallest in the city. Furthermore, it was once one of the top 50 tallest buildings in the world . Work on the tower began in 2003, but was temporarily interrupted. Initially, the Wenzhou Trade Center was supposed to be only 260 meters high. After a revision of the concept, designed by the RTKL Asocciates office , the height was set at 322 meters. In spring 2010 the construction work could be completely finished. The 68 storeys of the skyscraper have mixed uses, with offices below, while a hotel is located above. The usable area is around 174,000 square meters.
