Who knows, who doesn't? was a quiz show that was shown regularly during the week from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. on VOX from 2013 to 2015 .

In the quiz, the candidates do not have to answer a question themselves, but have their questions answered by passers-by, who they can choose themselves. Either the candidate needs someone who knows or someone who doesn't. After four questions, the candidate has € 1000. Then comes the final question in which the candidate has to invest 1000 € and can choose a question, either the “Who-knows-it” question or the “Who-knows-not-it” question. To make things easier for the candidate, the quiz master Ermias Habtu reads out the first part of the question. If the candidate then gets the right answer again, he has won € 3000. There is also a telephone joker. This is used automatically as soon as a passer-by could not answer correctly. The candidate is then allowed to use his cell phone to call someone who has 20 seconds to answer the question. If you don't get a suitable answer afterwards or if the called party cannot be reached, the game is over. Candidates can only leave voluntarily with € 1,000 or € 3,000. In some editions, instead of the € 3,000 for the last question, € 6,000 is given, which is indicated by a red tie worn by the moderator Ermias.

During this time, the show had an average of 330,000 viewers, which corresponds to a market share of 3.6 percent. The market share of the advertising-relevant target group was 5.3 percent (170,000 viewers). Both values were below the average of the transmitter VOX. After a pause, during the litigation pseudo-docu-soap on the air slot, Sue me! ran, the airing of new episodes of Who knows it, who doesn't know? . The quiz was partly broadcast in double episodes from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. On September 22, 2015 it was announced that the format had been withdrawn from the program for the time being due to decreasing quotas.
