Werner Hardwig

Werner Hardwig (born March 8, 1907 in Giżycko ; † September 8, 1989 in Hamburg ) was a German legal scholar.

Life

After receiving his doctorate on July 31, 1950 ( The material content of crime. A contribution to the material conception of law ) in Hamburg and his habilitation ( The attribution. A central problem of criminal law ) in 1952, he taught there from 1954 to 1959 as a private lecturer in criminal law and legal philosophy, from 1959 to 1965 as an adjunct professor for criminal law and legal philosophy and from 1965 to 1972 as professor for criminal law and legal philosophy.
