Stamps

A token of value is an object that, regardless of its value, represents or embodies a certain external economic value .

The “official stamps” mentioned in Section 148 of the Criminal Code are trademarks or similar marks that have been issued by the state , a regional authority or another corporation or an institution under public law and which make payments of the same kind ( i.e. fees , taxes , levies, etc.) .) should simplify or ensure and prove. They embody a certain monetary value and the public must have the belief that the stamps provide the intended proof for and against everyone.
