In addition to numerous bus and Marschrutka -lines which lead O-bus -lines 30 and 64 through the district. On the northern and southern edges there are five train stations (Kuskowo and Nowogirejewo in the north and Pljuschtschewo, Weschnjaki and Wychino in the south). The Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line of the Moscow Metro has its current terminus at Vikhino at the station of the same name.

Green spaces and landmarks

A large part of the district consists of the Kuskovo forest and the adjacent Raduga ponds, as well as green areas that attract visitors from other districts to Weschnjaki. For this reason, the air in Weschnjaki is considered comparatively clean. One reason for this is the fact that there are no large industrial plants here.

The only outstanding sight is the Kuskowo castle ensemble with its architecturally attractive castle park. Numerous couples celebrate their wedding here, especially on weekends. Also worth mentioning is the church, which is located directly at the Weschnjaki train station.
