Westfield Miranda (also known as Miranda Fair ) is a large shopping center in Miranda , a suburb south of Sydney in the Australian state of New South Wales .

The shopping center of the Myer department store chain, designed by Melbourne architects Tomkins, Shaw & Evans, opened in 1964. It is located near the Miranda train station. In addition to the Myers branch, the local branch of the regional library system, the Sutherland Shire Libraries, also moved in (for the next 20 years or so).

The building has since been rebuilt and expanded several times. It has been used in its current form since November 2014. The shopping center houses almost 450 shops on an area of ​​over 100,000 m². Westfield Miranda is managed by Scentre Group, which owns 50% of the center. The other 50% is held by Dexus, an Australian real estate investment trust .
